A great day out for all transport lovers or those seeking a trip down memory lane. Firstly take our Winster to Amber Shuttle e Bike Tour a 17 mile trip down a disused railway line (now a cycle trail) and a canal side tow path. The tour starts from Winster and completes at our Ambergate hub which is also the home of the award winning car museum "The Great British Car Journey" From Winster you will access the High Peak Trail at the impressive stone embankment at Minninglow and then follow the trail to beyond Black Rock to the High Peak Junction where you will join the Cromford Canal tow path until Ambergate. Once at Ambergate your tour includes free entry into the Great British Car Journey where you see over 130 Classic Cars from the golden ages of British car design and manufacturing guided by an interactive tablet. You will also be able to refresh in the toilets and grab lunch at the Filling Station Cafe. Cancellation Policy
Running Tours is our business so as a general rule we cannot accept last minute cancelation requests where we cannot easily re-book the date. If you need to change the date of your pre-booked tour we do ask for at least seven days notice so that we have the opportunity to re-book your slot. There is no additional charge for changing the date of your tour. If you give us less than 7 days notice and we cannot resell the slot we reserve the right to charge a 50% re-booking fee. We do not offer refunds on cancelled tours only the opportunity to re-book As a general rule we will not cancel any eBike tours based on the weather unless the conditions are so extreme they are not safe for cycling. We use the Met Office to monitor if any severe weather warnings are expected
