Price includes 2 nights accommodation (assuming 2 sharing) at the Oakhill Country House Hotel the day before your tour and the night after your tour so you can have a relaxing break. Meals should be budgeted for separately The Oakhill is a Georgian style country house hotel sitting in landscaped gardens that has been recently sympathetically restored and refurbished. Located close to our Ambergate hub means you can stay in comfort and embark on your tour directly from the hotel station. You get to choose from 7 circular tours that depart from and return to the Oakhill Hotel - there is no need to select your tour when booking we can agree later or we can even meet you the evening before to discuss the best option 1. Ambergate to Wirksworth Loop (Easy) 2. Ambergate Canals, Railways & Water Loop (Easy) 3. Reaching the Heights of the Derwent (Intermediate) 4. From Ambergate Hub to Winster Hub & Back (Easy) 5. Derwent Valley South Belper Loop (Intermediate) 6. The High Peak Trail with a Bonsall Drop (Advanced) 7. 'Return Please' to Kedleston Hall (Intermediate) Difficulty - Options for Easy Blue, Intermediate Red and Advanced Black Tours Surfaces - Cycle tracks, farm tracks, bridleways & minor roads Distance - Between 20 and 30 miles dependant on chosen tour Time allocate for Tour - 6 hours (no problem if you take a bit longer) Refreshment Stop Options - Plenty and will depend on chosen tour Tour Ref - 57A

Cancellation Policy
Running Tours is our business so as a general rule we cannot accept last minute cancelation requests where we cannot easily re-book the date. If you need to change the date of your pre-booked tour we do ask for at least seven days notice so that we have the opportunity to re-book your slot. There is no additional charge for changing the date of your tour. If you give us less than 7 days notice and we cannot resell the slot we reserve the right to charge a 50% re-booking fee. We do not offer refunds on cancelled tours only the opportunity to re-book As a general rule we will not cancel any eBike tours based on the weather unless the conditions are so extreme they are not safe for cycling. We use the Met Office to monitor if any severe weather warnings are expected
